Your saying to yourself "What, isn't he too young for that? Plus where would he get the money?" Imagine my confusion one day when Heather told me to get Isaac and bring his hooker. It literally stopped me in my tracks as I tried to figure out what she could be talking about. Finally, I pieced it together. She wanted me to bring Isaac and the device that attaches his pacifier to his clothes. It made us both laugh when I told her how I first interpreted her statement.

Pool Party
Grandpa squirting Isaac with water. He loved it. Even when grandpa got him in the face he only laughed louder.
Happy Little Boy
A little action shot of him splashing. As the one watching to make sure he didn't slip in the pool I got a little wet.
Look, the number 1, as in the number of teeth I have in my mouth. Yes, Isaac got his first tooth sometime last week. It is the bottom left tooth.
I thought this was a cool picture of the water being splashed. Very Matrix-esque.
Lets see if I can touch my nose with my tongue.
Look mom and dad I caught my first fish and he is yummy!

Becky and Mark Mehler's Wedding
The Wedding was at Allen Sentential Gardens in Madison WI. It was a perfect day for a outdoor wedding. The temperature was 75 with a slight breeze. Ok, maybe it was a little more than slight but the only problem it caused was a broken vase and some messy hairdos.
Mark Mehler waiting for his bride. Here comes his bride, Becky, to meet her father on the bridge.
Bride and Father walking thourgh the garden to meet up with Mark. The Beautiful Bride
Mark relieved that she finally arrived! On to the reception. Heather on her second glass of wine with our friend Jessica keeping pace. Keep in mind her tolerance isn't what it used to be.
Our friends Lee Ann and ZachCarol, maid of honor, sister to the bride, and lush.....j/k. She is holding one of these for the bride...really she is, I promise.
Heather and the Sparkle Pig. Sparkle Pig was created by Carol hand gluing two billion sequins to a piggy bank. It was used to collect money for charity. If you wanted the couple to kiss, you put a donation into the Sparkle Pig. It also became our prop for the night in pictures.
Kirk and the Sparkle Pig Heisman PoseHeather making out with the Sparkle Pig. I almost had to bust the Pig up after hitting on my wife. But since he was for charity, I gave him a second chance. "Party Heather" was definitely in effect tonight.
Sparkle Pig getting wasted! Ever seen a pig throw up? Not a pretty site. At least his puke was worth something since he was stuffed with money.Everyone in a group picture before we went home for the night. We made it until 10:15pm which is pretty good for us since Isaac has been born. We didn't want to press our luck with our friends babysitting Isaac. Thanks again Lauren and Scott.
More Fun in the Water
Isaac in his Pooh Raft in Heather's parents whirlpool tub. He loved the swirling water.
Look closely, first thing you will notice is that Isaac is giving you all the middle finger. Naughty Boy! The second thing is the disclaimer on the raft. "Use only under competent adult supervision." This statement cause two thoughts to pop into my head. The first thought was that they felt the need to add the word "competent" in front of the word "adult". It would be interesting to ask the designer who he was thinking of when he felt he needed to add "competent" to the raft, probably George W Bush. The second thought was that I was now considered a "competent adult". I know some college friends who might disagree with that statement. Luckly we are all getting older and forgetting the not so smart things we did before we became "competent adults".
Isaac would fit right in with Tubs and Crocket. (That is an old school "Miami Vice" reference) He was much like the kid from "A Christmas Story" in the fact that he couldn't really move in his life jacket. I am pretty sure he couldn't move his head at all. The shades tie everything together.

Kaydence's Birthday
Tyra, Kaydence and Aubry smiling for the camera. Of course, whenever you finally get both kids to look at the camera and smile the adult is looking the other way.
Kaydence unwrapping one of her many presents. This was a Spongebob Squarepants bouncy ball. Or as Kaydence calls him "Bob Bob Pants."

Kaydence started off a little slow in opening the gifts but then she got into it and wrapping paper started flying. Soon she had presents all around her, but whenever someone would pick one of her gifts up she would come get it from you and put it on the other side of the room so you couldn't reach it.
Mother's Day
For Mother's Day we went back to Onalaska to celebrate it with our families. It was a nice relaxing weekend. Heather got a new PDA cell phone that she loves for Mother's Day. This phone does everything! I was so amazed by it that I actually thought she used it to turn the channel on the TV the night she got it. It just so happened that the dog hit the remote as she hit a button.
