Mike and Alicia invited my Dad and I down to a Gopher football game in the Gopher's new stadium.
Mike even convinced me to wear some Gopher gear since they weren't playing the Badgers.
A picture of the stadium. It is quite an impressive building, and a hundred times better than the Metrodome (or the inflatable toilet as it is sometimes referred).
It was a packed house for the game against Illinois. The design of the building is a lot like Camp Randall (wear the Badgers play).
We were right next to the huge scoreboard. It was a close game but Illinois ended up edging out the Gophers.
