Isaac gave me his first Father's Day gift. Around 10pm on Father's Day Isaac started crawling. I would like to say that his first attempt at crawling was to come to me, but it was actually to get to a my water bottle so he could stick it in his mouth. Either way it was the best gift I could have received that day.
Isaac tired of the pool decides it time to try crawling outside the house.
Isaac loves Stanley. Isaac can be crying at the top of his lungs but if the dog walks into the room he quiets down. He will normally start laughing if the dog gets close enough for Isaac to touch him. Unfortunately, Stanley isn't a huge fan of Isaac. Probably because Isaac gets a hold of his tail or hair and pulls with all his might. Heather and I also probably contributed to his nervousness around Isaac. When Isaac was new to our family we told Stanley "no" every time he got to close to Isaac since he was so small. Hopefully Stanley will grow to love Isaac, once Isaac starts feeding him all of his food. Here is a little action sequence of what typically happens when Isaac crawls to Stanley. Stanley waits until he is almost there, and then gets up and runs away.

Heather's host parents from Brazil visited us for a week in June. Here is Eduardo and Annette at the Captial in Madison. More pictures to follow with our adventures with our Brazilian friends.
