Heather and I went to a few Halloween parties and even managed to get down to Freakfest on State Street. We went as Jack Skeleton and Sally from the movie "The Nightmare before Christmas." We got numerous comments on our costumes, at least from people old enough to have seen the movie.

The first party we went to had the characters from the book/movie "Where the wild things are."

Their costumes were pretty awesome. They won second prize at this party for best costume.

This lady was the Geico Money. She even had a Ipod with her playing the song. It was probably the most original costume I saw that night.

This is Heather's cousin Brian, he was a picnic and his wife Gina was an Ant.

What! When this guy walked in I had to do a double take. He IS Conan Obrian. All he had to do is change how he styled his hair. I laughed ever time I saw him that night. He won best costume.

The second party we went to was near downtown. These are the girls from Strawberry Shortcake. Lemon Meringue(), Blueberry Muffin(Carol Meyer), and Strawberry Shortcake(Becky Mehler). Carol made all these costumes. She is very talented.

This is penguin guy with a Halo helmet on. It is hard to tell but the helmet says "Hello" on it in the picture.

Where was Isaac during this time? Hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa. Grandpa was a pig for Halloween and Isaac loved it.
