Dan and I went to the Museum of Science and Industry. They had this ride outside the entrance to the museum. You could alter the wings of the seat while it spun you in a circle. If you did it correctly you could spin in a circle. Dan and I were never able to accomplish this feat. We only saw one person who could and that was a little kid, so we think that our weight was a disadvantage to completing the 360.
Dan pictured next to a whale vertebrae. It is hard to picture how truly huge blue whales are in nature.
One of the first diving suits. Looks more like a "Lost in Space" robot. I would have never climbed into something like this and went into deep water. If something goes wrong, your dead. No climbing out to safety.
While Dan and I were touring the museum Heather enjoyed a spa treatment at our hotel. Dan and I spent close to 4 hours in the museum and probably didn't see 10% of it. It was really cool.
